We've found that users with Juno email addresses sometimes run into problems receiving mail from Submittable. The Juno system isn't quite robust enough to keep up with the quantity/frequency of emails that its users receive through Submittable's messaging platform, and after enough tries, the emails fail. We highly recommend using a different email provider for your Submittable login, if possible. There are a number of free email providers that we'd recommend, including Yahoo Mail and Gmail. Once you set up a new account with a different email login, we can merge your submissions from your Juno account into the new account.
